Introduction of the "Filter for Collecting Nanopowders [1μm or Smaller]"

Introducing the "Nano-class [below 1μ] powder collection filter" handled by A.M.C.!

AMCI manufactures and sells industrial filters. Among them, we would like to introduce filters for collecting nano-class (under 1µm) powders. ■ Cartridge Filter With elements equipped with P.T.F.E. porous membranes and nanofiber membranes, it can collect powders under 1µm with an efficiency of over 99.99% in a single pass. ■ Press Filter Type It can dewater the residual liquid (concentrated slurry) obtained from the cartridge filter, which extracts clear liquid [under 0.5 PPM]. It can dewater and filter slurries with solid concentrations of 1% to 30%, maintaining a collection efficiency of 99.99%, resulting in solids with a moisture content of 27±1%. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF materials for further information.

Simple Dust Removal Filter

Simply attach it to your existing exhaust fan, and it will effectively capture smoke and dust.

Working with smoke and dust indoors raises concerns about the impact on surrounding equipment and the issue of dust dispersion. By simply attaching this simple filter to your exhaust fan, you can effectively capture smoke and dust. We recommend using the EZ-01 and NEZ-02 in combination. The EZ-01 captures coarse dust, while the NEZ-02 captures smoke and fine dust. <Cautions for Use> - The EZ-01 is flame-retardant, while the NEZ-02 is flammable. Never inhale sparks or other ignition sources. - Inhaling explosive dust can lead to dust explosions. - Do not inhale the following types of dust: Flammable substances: gasoline, thinner, benzene, kerosene, etc. Explosive substances: nitroglycerin, etc. Ignitable substances: explosive metal powders such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, titanium, etc.
